A family-owned business
WEMTTECS was established in 2022 by Engineer Nelia Granadillos, an accredited Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Consultant, and president of the company. She is a chemical engineer and has an extensive experience on OSH training, advocacy, research and technical services.
She retired as the OIC Deputy Executive Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC) DOLE in 2021. She served as an ILO consultant for the project: Bringing Back Jobs Safely under the COVID 19 crisis.

The company is registered as sole proprietorship in the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) with registration no 3099662 valid up to August 2026.
WEMTTECS is an accredited (Category 1A, 1B, 1C) WEM Service Provider with accreditation number 160-091422-020 valid until October 9, 2027.

WEMTTECS is an accredited Construction Heavy Equipment Testing Organization, withaccreditation number 1410-25111825-0049 of DOLE, authorized to conductinspection and testing of construction heavy equipment such as the crane, bulldozer, backhoe, grader, road compactor, mover and trailer.
Accredited as a Safety Training Organization (STO)
We are an accredited safety training organization (STO) given by the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Center, DOLE with accreditation number 1030-112421-146 authorized to conduct the mandatory Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training for Safety officers 1 (BOSH SO1), BOSH SO2 and Construction Occupational Safety and Health Training (COSH) and other specialized OSH courses.
